The Jim, the owner, was incredibly responsive, punctual, and brought a level of knowledge and experience that made a complex, large-scale project feel seamless. Jimmy is amazing!  He set up our indoor and outdoor sound system and wifi and we could not be happier. He created a detailed proposal and site plan and executed it to perfection.  The sound is crystal clear in all of our speakers and the wifi is running smoothly.  He also made it so incredibly easy to use any of the streaming services to play our music through the new speakers. I recently had the pleasure of working with JW Automations for a very large and complicated installation project, and I could not be more impressed with the results. Jimmy Wu and his son Justin handled an extensive setup that included a new equipment rack, security cameras, phone systems, a WiFi network, and thousands of feet of wiring throughout and interconnecting two commercial buildings on our property. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, efficient, and highly skilled at their craft. Before starting the project, they patiently answered countless questions to ensure we were getting exactly what we needed. Their knowledge is extensive. They offered thoughtful recommendations without ever pushing unnecessary equipment or upselling us. Their proposal was exceptionally well organized, presented in a simple and easy-to-understand format, and even included images showing the projected camera views and WiFi coverage areas. The quality of their work was outstanding. Everything was installed in an exceptionally neat and organized manner, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire project. Despite the complexity and scale of the installation, every aspect was completed precisely to our requirements with great care and professionalism. The project was also completed much faster than expected, well ahead of our anticipated timeline. What truly stood out was how knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy Jimmy and Justin were throughout the entire process. It is clear they take tremendous pride in both their work and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend JW Automations to anyone looking for high-quality automation, networking, camera, phone, or communication system installations. I don’t know anything about cameras and stuff, but it’s hard not to say something when a guy does 2 different security camera jobs for you that are clearly very well done. Service is fantastic, the timing was as promised, and you can tell Jimmy and his team are honest people. Highly recommended, and then some
